عنوان فارسی تأثیر دماهای مختلف انبارداری بر ویژگی‌های جوانه‌زنی دو رقم آفتاب‌گردان
چکیده فارسی مقاله کشت آفتاب‌گردان (Helianthus annuus L.) در سال‌های اخیر به‌طور معنی‌داری درحال افزایش است و این امر به‌طور عمده به کیفیت روغن آن بر‌می‌گردد، که برای مصرف انسانی و اهداف صنعتی مفید است. در این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثر دماهای مختلف انبارداری بذر بر کیفیت بذر دو رقم آفتاب‌گردان (یوروفلور و رکورد) بذرها در معرض سه دمای انبارداری (5 و 20 درجه سانتی‌گراد و دمای متناوب 30/20 درجه سانتی‌‌گراد) برای چهار ماه قرار گرفت. واحدهای آزمایش به‌صورت فاکتوریل دو عاملی در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار مرتب شد. نتایج نشان داد که بذرهای انبار شده در دمای 20 درجه سانتی‌گراد، از بنیه بیشتری برخور‌دار بودند. اما انبارداری در دمای 5 درجه سانتی‌گراد دارای اثر منفی بر بنیه بذر از طریق افزایش نشت الکترولیت‌ها از بذر و متوسط زمان جوانه‌زنی بود. انبار‌داری در دمای متناوب 30-20 درجه سانتی‌‌گراد نیز باعث بهبود در رشد گیاهچه حاصل از بذرهای انبار شده در این دما در مقایسه با دو دمای دیگر گردید. نتایج نشان داد که رقم یوروفلور در مقایسه با رقم رکورد، بنیه خود را در طی دوره انبار‌داری بیشتر حفظ نمود و از درصد جوانه‌زنی بالاتری برخوردار بود.

عنوان انگلیسی Effects of different storage temperatures on sunflower seeds vigor
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The cultivation of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) has significantly increased in recent years, mainly due to quality of its oil, which is useful for the human consumption and industrial purposes. In order to investigate the effect of different seed storage temperatures on seed quality of two sunflower cultivars (Euorfluor and Rcord), seeds were exposed to three storage temperatures (5, 20 and 20-30C°) for four month. Experimental units were arranged factorial manner in a completely randomized design with four replications. The effect of storage under 20C° was more effective in maintaining vigor of sunflower seeds. The effect of storage at 5C° culminated in damage of vigor of sunflower seeds by increasing electrical conductivity (EC) and mean germination time. The effect of storage at 20-30C° (alternative temperature) brought about seedling growth with in comparing with other treatments. This study indicated that best results for germination and vigor of sunflower seeds found for seed of Euorflour cultivar in comparison with to Record cultivar under seeds storage temperature.
